The slow, but sure, start often means a definite and strong finish.

During the past 2 years my life has taken a "OMW- what-am-I-doing" turn, then some short and frequent "Where in the world am I going- stops" towards Whatever-I- really- loved- doing as a temporary destination... and you know what, that is fine for now.

When you feel alone, just open the door and let someone in.  The journey doesn't have to be lonely.

I briefly remembered an insert from "Under the Tuscan sun" where someone told a story about the girl that was always looking for Ladybugs - and could never find it.  She continued in saying (or at least this is how I remembered it) that the girl gave up and started playing and doing something she really loved.  After all the excitement she fell asleep on the grass and when she woke up... TA-DA, she was covered in Ladybugs.  The moral of the story is simple, when you keep on doing what you love and what makes you happy... the things you really want will come to you.  Don't search for it, because searching is only for things that are lost.  And you can't lose something you never had, but you can find something that you always wanted.

Back to the slow start, like many, I have started a journey in finding myself a few years ago. Somehow I always ended up at the same place with the same questions and the same scenarios playing over and over again...

Then I started with EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques.  This helped me to take the higher road.  It wasn't a fast process, but it was efficient.  The path and purpose didn't become clear from the moment I said go, but it started to take shape.  All the other things, courses, books and insights I had, suddenly started to make sense.  The one thing I was sure of, was that this process wasn't a thinking process but rather a feeling process.  I started listening to my intuition and every time I did, it turned out WOW!

In the workshops me and my husband do, I always say the body knows, and really THE BODY KNOWS.  If we listened to our bodies we would know what to eat, drink and of course what not to...  If only I realized that much earlier in my life.  Subconsciously I think maybe I did, but the experiences, paths and lesson were very valuable and necessary.

So here am I, and for the first time in my life I feel alive and present and very fortunate to have had this realization, even if it took me 12 years to realize it.  A slow start but I am definitely on my way to self actualization and if not I am having so much fun that it is reward enough.  With this blog I would like to help you discover yourself and hear the voice on the inside.

The purpose is :
So that you don't end up at the same place unless you really want to be there.
So that you can optimally live life with no regrets and if there is you can see the reason and learn the lesson.
So that you will love to be you
So that you will get CREATIVE, because THAT is where everything starts.

(PLEASE NOTE: CREATIVITY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ABILITY - IT IS A SKILL THAT ONE CAN ACQUIRE BY FREQUENT USE.  SKILL WILL DRASTICALLY IMPROVE IF THE PROCESS IS ENJOYED)  :)

During the next two months I will share a few videos that helped me in the process.

If you have any specific questions or scenarios you would like to address please don't hesitate to contact me at tanyaontapping@gmail.com.

Looking forward to our next chat.
